Gray Matters includes extra heel caps in every order, but if for some reason you did not receive, or you need an additional set, feel free to reach out to Customer Service at email@example.com or +1 (929) 295-0303 and we’ll be happy to send you a new set (if available) for $8 USD (shipping included for customers in the US).
Even if your size is sold out, you may still select it from the size dropdown on the product page. You should notice the "ADD TO CART" button update to "INQUIRE".
Click "INQUIRE" and fill out the restock form. We'll respond ASAP to let you know if/when the product will be restocked. Please note: only full price items are available for restock.

Gray Matters is pleased to accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the order delivery date, however, please note that eventual restocking or shipping fees will be applied to return requests.

At this time, exchanges are treated as returns, so the standard returns procedure will apply. Customers are welcome to return orders and to purchase an alternative style/size online.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please send a request, including your order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, if your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.
Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. We charge retail tax for orders shipping to New York State (8.875% of order total). We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the ship to country determined by your local customs authority.

If you live in the NYC area, you may choose the Pick Up at NYC Showroom option at checkout to arrange for same-day pick up.
For customers outside the NYC area, we offer domestic UPS Next Day Air for a $40 flat rate.
