Gray Matters includes extra heel caps in every order, but if for some reason you did not receive, or you need an additional set, feel free to reach out to Customer Service at email@example.com or +1 (929) 295-0303 and we’ll be happy to send you a new set (if available) for $8 USD (shipping included).
Even if your size is sold out, you may still select it from the size dropdown on the product page. You should notice the "ADD TO CART" button update to "INQUIRE."

Domestic Orders: Gray Matters is pleased to offer free returns and one free exchange for new and unused products from customers in the US within 14 calendar days from the order delivery date.
International Orders: Gray Matters is pleased to accept international return and/or exchange requests within 14 calendar days from the order delivery date, however the customer will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. We charge retail tax for orders shipping to New York State (8.875% of order total). We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the Ship To country determined by your local customs authority.

For customers outside the NYC area, we offer domestic UPS Next Day Air for a $40 flat rate.
