In the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts we offer a concierge service to try on a selection of styles at a desired location. Please inquire if you wish to receive more details.
Even if your size is sold out, you may still select it from the size dropdown on the product page. You should notice the "ADD TO CART" button update to "INQUIRE".
Click "INQUIRE" and fill out the restock form. We'll respond ASAP to let you know if/when the product will be restocked. Please note: only full price items are available for restock.

Gray Matters is pleased to accept return requests within 10 calendar days from the order delivery date, however, please note that eventual restocking or shipping fees will be applied to return requests.

For exchanges, please email us on hello@graymattersnyc.com requesting the desired size/color/style change. We will provide further instructions on how to complete the exchange without placing a new transaction.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please send a request, including your order number, to hello@graymattersnyc.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, if your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.
Product prices are displayed exclusive of all taxes and duties. We charge retail tax for orders shipping to New York State (8.875% of order total). We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order may incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the ship to country determined by your local customs authority.

Most internationall orders are shipped DHL Express and the average delivery time is 2 business days.
